Phat, a Chief of Economic Committee in Region 1, gave 50 sacks of rice to Khmer Communists in the region. The rice was kept in a zine-roofed house at VT 775-054, and was guarded by 5 enemies.
ឈ្មោះ ផាត ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់លេខ១ បានធ្វើអំណោយជាអង្ករប្រហែល៥០បាវ ដល់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅ តាមតំបន់នោះ។ ខ្មាំងបានស្ដុកអង្ករទាំងអស់នោះក្នុងផ្ទះមួយខ្នង ប្រក់ស័ង្កសីត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៧៥-០៥៤ ដែលមានខ្មាំងចំនួន ៥នាក់ នៅការពារផង។
