Hum Huor, deputy chief of company 11, division 310, confessed that in 1973, Mon invited him and Chamraen to have a meeting in order to set up plan to [convince soldiers]to run away from their front line. In April 1973, Mon invited their networks to join traitorous meeting so as to convince soldiers to negotiate with enemy and to continue to destroy revolutionary forces.
ហ៊ុំ ហួរ អនុប្រធានអនុសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ បាន សារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុន បានហៅខ្លួន និង ចំរើន មកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការក្បត់ឱ្យបន្ដសកម្មភាពដកចោលខ្សែត្រៀម និង ចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ។ ដល់ខែ ៤-១៩៧៣ ម៉ុនបាន ហៅបក្សពួកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការក្បត់ គឺឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជន អំពីការ ចរចារជាមួយខ្មាំង បន្ដសកម្មភាពង្រិចពង្រឹលកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
