On July 23, 1974, the Second Bureau of the Khmer National General Staff sent 2 Khmer communists less than 18 years of age to an Education Center.
នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេរជាតិ ការិយាល័យទី២ បានធើ្វអោយយកយុទ្ធជនកុម្មុយនីស្ដដែលមានអាយុ តិចជាង១៨ឆ្នាំ ចំនួន១២នាក់ទៅប្រគល់ឱ្យខាងនាយកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អប់រំយុវជនហើយ។
