Soem Phat, 15 years old, Khmer National, had served Khmer Communist since July 1973. He was arrested on March 3, 1974, in battlefield as a Combatant in Group 2, Region 35, in Eng village, Kampot district, Kampot province by the Marine corps.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ឹម ផាត អាយុ១៥ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ បានចូលធើ្វជាខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ដោយមានមុខងារជាយុទ្ធជន នៅក្នុងក្រុមទី២ ជាកងទ័ពប្រចាំតំបន់៣៥ ត្រូវកងទ័ពនាវាចរចាប់ខ្លួន បាន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅលើទីលានប្រយុទ្ធ ភូមិអេង ស្រុកកំពត ខេត្ដកំពត។
