On November 28, 1973, maybe one Battalion of Khmer Communist armed forces deployed in rubber plantation near Vihear Khpuos village at WU 702-185, sangkat Tbong Khmum, Kampong Cham province. the source added that the enemies were about to attack Kampong Som again.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៨-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួនប្រហែល១កងវរ សេនាតូច ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានចូលមករាយគ្នាស្នាក់នៅក្នុងចម្ការ កៅស៊ូជិតភូមិវិហារខ្ពស់ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៧០២-១៨៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ត្បូងឃ្មុំ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមថា ខ្មាំងប្រុង វាយប្រហារក្រុងកំពង់សោម ជាលើកទី២ម្ដងទៀត។
