Heng Nget, 17 years old, Khmer National, had served a Khmer Communist soldier in Group 1, Platoon 8, Company 23, Battalion 403, Region 33, under the command of Ly. He was arrested on February 18, 1974, on a battlefield in the Western part of Prey Veng pagoda, Kandal province.
