Hum Hour, deputy chief of company 1, battalion 113, regiment 11, division 310, confessed that in August 1976, Angkar assigned him to transport soldiers of a big cell to dig Prek Phneou river. Over there, he met with his old networks: Rong, Man, Run, Chamreun, Khan and Chhay, and held meeting and laid down the plots to murder cadre by poisoning them at their own units. At that time, Man assigned Taing Lai and Eng to work at the cooperative of [Hum Hour], and to murder him at 10 p.m at kilo 11.
ហ៊ុំ ហ៊ួរ អនុ អនុសេនាធំ ១ វរសេនាតូចទី ១១៣ វរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថានៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦ អង្គការបាន ចាត់តាំងខ្លួនដឹកកងទ័ពមួយកងធំទៅជីកស្ទឹងព្រែកព្នៅ ហើយបានជួប បក្សពួកខ្សែចាស់មានៈ រុង, ម៉ាន, រុន, ចំរើន, ខន, និង ឆាយ ហើយបានប្រជុំក្នាពិភាគ្សាដាក់ផែនការឱ្យលួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល និងបំពុលនៅតាមអង្គភាពរាងៗខ្លួន ។ ពេលនោះ ម៉ាន បានចាត់ តាំង ឡៃ និង អេង មកសហការណ៍ជាមួយខ្លួន «ហ៊ុំ ហ៊ួរឱ្យ លួចបាញ់នៅពេលឈប់ធ្វើការម៉ោង ១០ យប់នៅត្រង់ម្ដំគីឡូលេខ ១១។
