The night of April 22-23, 1973, about 30 Khmer Viet Congs in black uniforms equipped with PM-AC guns and 2 M-79 guns left Mok Kampoul village at VT 856-907, crossing the Tonle Sap in 3 motor boads. They stopped to rest around Por Pea Khe Thabong village at VT 844-904, Sankat Prek Phneou, Baseth district, Oudong Meanchey province. then continued towards Cham Bak Pluos at VT 775-978, in order to eavesdrop National Army in Phnom Bat at VU 762-028, Sangkat Phnom Bat, Oudong Meanchey province.
នៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី២២-២៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ៣០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធប៉េអឹមអាសេ និង៧៩ ២ដើម និងបានចេញពីភូមិមុខកំពូល ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៥៦-៩០៧ រួច ឆ្លងកាត់ទនេ្លសាបដោយជិះទូកម៉ាស៊ីន៣គ្រឿង។ ពួកវាចូលមកសុំចត នៅម្ដុំភូមិពាពាខែត្បូង ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៤៤-៩០៤ សង្កាត់ព្រែកព្នៅ ស្រុកបាសិត «ឧដុង្គមានជ័យ» រួចក៏បន្ដដំណើរកាត់តាមព្រៃសំដៅទៅ ភូមិចំបក់ភ្លោះ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧៧៥-៩៧៨ ដើម្បីឈ្លបយកការណ៍ពីកង ទ័ពជាតិដែលប្រចាំការនៅភ្នំបាត្រ ត្រង់វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៧៦២-០២៨ សង្កាត់ភ្នំបាត្រ ស្រុកឧដុង្គមានជ័យ ខេត្ដឧដុង្គ។
