On March 31, 1974, Ly Sos, a Khmer Muslim, who was defected from the Communists. He said that he had been a Militia chief in Prek Bak village, Stung Trang district, Kampong Cham province in Region 31 of Zone 304.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានជនភ្ញាក់រំឮកម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ លី សុះ ដែលជាខ្មែរអ៊ីស្លាម បានចូលមករួមរស់ក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ។ ជននេះបានសារភាពថា បានបម្រើខ្មាំងក្នុងឋានៈជាប្រធានកងឈ្លបភូមិ ព្រែកបាក់ ស្រុកសឹ្ទងត្រង់ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម តំបន់៣១ នៃភូមិភាគ៣០៤។
