Soeng Song Kheng alias Ul, 22 years old, Khmer, who defected in society on March 31, 1974. He wanted to serve in National Army because he could not endure the persecution by the Communist.
ឈ្មោះ សឹង សុងខេង ហៅ អល់ អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរបានវិល មករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ នៅថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយ មិនទ្រាំនឹងការគាបសង្កត់ពីសំណាក់ខ្មាំងបាន ហើយសាម៉ីខ្លួនបានសុំ ចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងទ័ពជាតិ។
