On March 9, 1973, about 160 Khmer Rouges under the command of Ret Sum, came into Stok village, sangkat Samrong Tong, Kampong Speu province. The enemies spread propaganda to people helped strengthem their foreces to fight National Army.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៩-មីនា-១៩៧១ មានខ្មែរក្រហមប្រហែល១៦០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ រេត ស៊ុំ បានចូលមកភូមិស្ដុក សង្កាត់សំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបានធ្វើការ ឃោសនាដល់ប្រជាជននៅក្នុងភូមិឱ្យរួបរួមកម្លាំងជាមួយពួកវា ដើម្បីនឹងវាយប្រហារមកលើកងទ័ពជាតិវិញ។
