On March 10-11, 1971, about 60 North Yuon Viet Congs equipped with heavy artilleries, rockets and various guns retreated from Boeng Krum in Kandal province. And then they settled shelters at WT
203-770, located in the adge of a lake in sangkat Kampong Russei, Peareang district, Prey Veng province.
កាលពីរាត្រីថ្ងៃ១០-១១ ខែមីនា-១៩៧១ ពួកយួនយៀកកុង ប្រហែល៦០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ធុនរួមទាំងកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ និងកាំជ្រួចផង បានដកថយពីបឹងគ្រុំ (កណ្ដាល) ទៅតាំងជំរុំនៅក្នុងព្រៃ ក្បែរមាត់ត្រពាំង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២០៣-៧៧០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ កំពង់ឫស្សី ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។
