On April 22, 1973, Khmer Viet Cong established main headquarters for District and Sangkat Cadres as well as psychometrists to have meetings in Prek Kroch village at WT 187-742, in Sangkat Prek Ta Sar, Pearang district of Prey Veng province. The enemies persuaded youths to serve in Angkar. The office for receiving those who wanted to serve in Angkar was located in Prek Kroch village at WT 187-742. Nowadays many people who lived in the region defected to the National Army.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងបានតាំងទីបញ្ជា ការធំមួយសម្រាប់ប្រជុំកម្មាភិបាលស្រុក និងសង្កាត់ ពួកនយោបាយ ខាងចិត្ដសាស្ដ្រនៅភូមិព្រែកក្រូច ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៨៧-៧៤២ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកតាសរ ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើ បានបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលយុវជន យុវនារី ឱ្យចូលបម្រើក្នុងអង្គការរបស់វា។ ការិយាល័យទទួលអ្នកចូលបម្រើអង្គការមានទីតាំង ក្នុងភូមិព្រែកក្រូច ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៨៧-៧៤២។ សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ ប្រជាជនមួយចំនួនធំ ដែលរស់នៅក្នុងភូមិភាគខាងលើនេះ បានរត់ចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងកងទ័ព របស់ជាតិយើង។
