On July 23, 1974, 17 years old, Khmer Communist, Thek Nham, was arrested in Ta Lak battlefield by National Army in Infantry Brigade No. 13. He confessed that since June 1974, he had served in Khmer Communist Movement as a combatant in Team No. 2, Platoon No. 3, Company No. 26, Battalion No. 502, Regiment No. 16, Brigade No. 16, Region No. 13 in Southwest Zone.
កងទ័ពជាតិនៃកងពលតូចថើ្មរជើងទី១៣ ចាប់បានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ ថិក ញាំ អាយុ១៧ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅសមរភូមិតាឡាក់។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនឆើ្លយសារភាពថា បាន ចូលបម្រើចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយមាន មុខងារជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងក្រុមទី២ កងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ៣ កងអនុសេនាធំលេខ២៦ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៥០២ កងវរសេនាធំលេខ១៦ នៃកងពលតូចលេខ៣ តំបន់១៣ ភូមិភាគនិរតី។
