According to letter No. 155. AN-SN-N5, dated on March 13, 1974, 6 Khmer Communist was arrested by National Army, and sent to the Minister in Charge of Council Minister and the Ministry of National Solidarity, in order to transfer them to an Education Center.
យោងតាមកំណត់ចាត់ការលេខ១៥៥ អនសន-ន៥ ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ យុវជន៦នាក់ ដែលធើ្វជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់បាន ហើយត្រូវប្រគល់ជូនលោករដ្ឋមន្រី្ដទទួល បន្ទុកទីសី្ដការរដ្ឋមន្រី្ដទី១ និងមហាសាមគី្គជាតិ ដើម្បីនឹងធើ្វការ ប្រមូលផ្ដុំនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអប់រំ។
