Nguon Penh, working in division 290, confessed that he attempted to lead troop to Vietnam when the information was leaked, but at that time the Angkar arrested them. Thus, Uk Nhean continued to take responsible for recieving a plot from Penh.
ងួន ពេញ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ពេលបែកមុខខ្លាំង ខ្លួនបំរុងនាំទ័ពរត់ទៅយួន តែត្រូវបក្សចាប់បាន។ ហេតុនេះ ផែនការណ៍នៅសល់ អ៊ុក ញាណជាអ្នកធ្វើបន្ដ។
