A source reported that On May 3-4, 1973, about two Battalions of Yuon and Khmer Viet Cong Armed Forces came to hide in Sangkat Roka Khpuos at VT 979-588, VT 997-615 and VT 977-612, in Sa Ang district, Kandal province. The source indicated that the enemies were about to attack TaKhmau provincial town and some important positions in Phnom Penh in the future.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ទៅទី៤ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យួនយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល២កងវរសេនាតូច ដោយមានកូរ៉េលាយចម្រុះផង ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបាន មកលាក់ខ្លួននៅសង្កាត់រកាខ្ពស់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៧៩-៥៨៨, វ៉េតេ ៩៩៧-៦១៥ និងវ៉េតេ ៩៧៧--៦១២ ក្នុងស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ប្រភពបញ្ជាក់ថា គោលបំណងខ្មាំងប្រុងវាយ លុកចូលក្រុងតាខ្មៅ និងទីតាំងសំខាន់ៗនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ នៅក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខនេះ។
