On March 4, 1971, Nub Yorng, a Touk Meas commune cheif, was arrested by the Vietnamese administration's soldiers while he was writing a letter to people that would have allowed the bearers to travel from one village to another.
ឈ្មោះ ណុបយ៉ង ជាប្រធានឃុំទូកមាស ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពរដ្ឋាករយួន ចាប់ខ្លួនបានកាលពីថ្ងៃ៤ មីនា ១៩៧១ នៅពេលដែលសាម៉ីជនកំពុងតែ សរសេរសំបុត្រអនុញ្ញាតិ ឱ្យប្រជាជនធ្វើដំណើរចេញចូលពីភូមិមួយទៅ ភូមិមួយទៀត។
