Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On March 27, 1971, Parachute Battalion 1, arrested a Khmer 17 years old, Hem Ruos, a former Military trainee at the Military Tactic Training Center in Bek Chan village, Sangkat Kamboul. He had served the Communists and returned to his birth place, the Chum Teav Mao village, Sangkat Kamboul of Ang Snuol district, then sent to Parachute Brigade 1. He was arrested there by the National Army on April 1, 1971.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ កងវរសេនាតូចឆ័ត្រយោងទី១ បានទៅចាប់យុវជន ហែម រស់ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ អាយុ១៧ឆ្នាំ អតីត សិស្សពលយោធានៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលហឹ្វកហឺ្វនវិជ្ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រភូមិបែកចាន សង្កាត់កំបូល ដែលបានរត់ចូលខ្មាំងហើយភៀសពីខ្មាំងមកវិញទៅជ្រក កោននៅភូមិកំណើតវិញ។ យុវជន ហែម រស់ ត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ ពីផ្ទះកំណើតនៅភូមិជំទាវ ម៉ៅ សង្កាត់កំបូល ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ហើយ បញ្ជូនមកទីបញ្ជាការកងពលតូចឆ័ត្រយោងទី១ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ដើម្បីសាកសួរ។
