On September 27, 1970, the Governor of Boribor District sent Ven Sa, to Sangkat Trapeang Chann, Boribor District, Kampong Chhnang Province, because he had conspired to hide weapons as part of an attempt to conduct subversive activities. He confessed that the weapons belonged to Kim Saret, who had ask him to keep them. After this incident Sa, notified commune authorities who then arrested him.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ លោកអភិបាលស្រុកបរិបូរណ៍ បានបញ្ជូនឈ្មោះ វ៉ែន ស៉ា ទៅសង្កាត់ត្រពាំងចាន់ ស្រុកបរិបូរណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ពីបទសមគំនិតលាក់អាវុធទុកក្នុងគោលបំណងប្រព្រឹត្ដ អំពើទុច្ចរិតផេ្សងៗពេលខាងមុខ។ ប្រភពបានឆើ្លយថា អាវុធលាក់នោះជារបស់ឈ្មោះ គឹម សារ៉េត ផ្ញើទុកនឹងខ្លួន លុះបន្ទាប់មកប្រភពមិនបានទៅរាយការណ៍ជូនអាជ្ញាធរឃុំ ទើបជាប់ចោទដូចេ្នះ។
