A source reported that the Khmer Rouge had built up a market and sawing factory at UU 925-740, in the forest in the Western part of the train station in Ro Liep sub-district, Bakan district, Pursat province. In addition, the person, named Roeun, a Buddish Layman, who was a Chief of the Economic Section, went to talk with business men who were living in the government controlled region in order to convince them to transport products from the enemy held occupied region the products were transported toward UU 977-847, in Srang village, by passing Me Prey path.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ខ្មែរក្រហមបានតម្លើងរោងចក្រអារឈើមួយ ហើយនិងសង់ផ្សារនៅក្នុងព្រៃល្បះ ខាងលិចស្ថានីយ៍រថភ្លើងទទឹងថ្ងៃ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៩២៥-៧៤០ ក្នុងឃុំរលៀប ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។ ប្រភាពបានបន្ថែមថា អាចារ្យ រឿន ជាអ្នកទទួល ខុសត្រូវខាងផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច បានទៅចរចាជាឈ្មួញនៅតំបន់រដ្ឋាភិបាល កាន់កាប់ដើម្បីបពោ្ចញផលិតផល ដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅទីក្រុង ត្រូវការជាចាំបាច់នៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។ ផលិតផលទាំងនោះ នឹងដឹកចេញតាមផ្លូវមេព្រៃឆ្ពោះមកភូមិស្រង់ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៨៧៧-៨៤៧។
