Uon Yoeun aka Set, chief of state commerce group, confessed that Thung, chief's Kampong Som receptionist office, joined the meeting with Nhem in order to prepare troop to carry out treacherous activities in Kampong Som. In January 1976, Thung accepted plan from Khuon and Nhem to get ready to serve in traitorous plan to strike the party in 1976.
អ៊ួន យឿន ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ធុង ប្រធានមនី្ទរទទួលភ្ញៀវកំពង់សោមបានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ជាមួយ ញ៉ែម ដើម្បីរៀបចំកម្លាំងធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់នៅ កំពង់សោម។ ខែ១-១៩៧៦ ធុង បានទទួលផែនការពី ឃួន និង ញ៉ែម ឱ្យត្រៀមខ្លួនដើម្បីបំរើផែនការក្បត់វាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
