600 Khmer Viet Cong Armed Forces in Khaki and blue uniforms and equipped with three (82 mm) heavy artilleries hand guns and case of bullets, had entered to built shelters in Sangkat Thakov at VU 961-418 and Svay Prey sub-district at 981-922. The enemies above were about to attack the National Army in Pha Av.
មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល៦០០នាក់ ក្នុងសំលៀកបំពាក់តេ្រអ៊ី ពណ៌ខៀវ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ៨២មីលីម៉ែត្រ ៣ដើម ព្រមទាំងកាំភ្លើងដៃ និងគ្រាប់ជាច្រើនឡាំងទៀត បានចូលមក តាំងជម្រកនៅសង្កាត់ថ្កូវ ត្រង់វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩៦១-៤១៨ និងស្វាយព្រៃ វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩៨១-៩២២ ក្នុងគោលបំណង វាយប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិនៅផ្អាវ។
