On January 14, 1973, four Viet Cong soldiers had fled from the National Police Detention Center. The 3 officers on guard, second class officer, Kim Phat, Third class officer, Bun Vantha, and First class. Agent, Sok Veng.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានយួនយៀកកុង៤នាក់ បាន លួចរត់ចេញពីមនី្ទរឃុំឃាំងនគរបាលជាតិ។ មន្រី្ដដែលយាមប្រចាំការ នាថ្ងៃនោះ បានឆើ្លយចោទប្រកាន់ដាក់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ព្រោះនារាត្រី នោះមានអ្នកយាមចំនួន៣នាក់។ មន្រី្ដនរគបាលទាំង៣នាក់នោះមាន ឈ្មោះ គិម ផាត់ មុខងារជានាយត្រួតថ្នាក់លេខ២ ឈ្មោះ ប៊ុន វ៉ាន់ថា នាយត្រួតថ្នាក់ទី៣ និងឈ្មោះ សុខ វាំង ភ្នាក់ងារថ្នាក់ទី១។
