The deputy chief Buddhist Monk of Svay Ming pagoda, Ampil Tapok sub-district, Koh Soten district, Kampong Cham province, designated monks and laymen to register and get thumb prints from monks in all pagodas and people in all villagers of Koh Soten district in order to show that they didn't acknowledge the Republic Regime and Sihanouk's Government.
គ្រូអនុគុណស្រុកកោះសូទិន ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម នៅវត្ដស្វាយមីង ឃុំអំពិលតាពក បានចាត់លោកសង្ឃខ្លះ ឧបាសកខ្លះឱ្យដើរចុះឈ្មោះ ផ្ដិតមេដៃលោកសង្ឃគ្រប់វត្ដ និងប្រជាជនទូទៅគ្រប់ភូមិ ឃុំ នៃស្រុកកោះសូទិនទាំងមូល ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងមិនទទួលស្គាល់ របបសាធារណរដ្ឋ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលរបស់សេ្ដចសីហនុ។
