On October 7, 1970, a soldier named Ngoy staying in Tram Khnar Fortress, eouipped with a PA gun, went to Checking people in Daem Rokar market, in Veal commune, Kong Pisey district of Kampong Speu province for Identity Cards. When he asked a man named Yin Vanthan, for ID card. Vanthan refused to give At that time a quarrel occured. Ngoy ran after Vanthan, shot him dead in water. This activities made 500 people who wanted to serve National Army be reluctant.
នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ តុលា ១៩៧០ មានទាហានម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ង៉ុយ ស្នាក់នៅ បន្ទាយត្រាំខ្នារ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធប៉េអាមួយដើម បានដើរឆែកឆេរ រកកាតរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងផ្សារដើមរកា ក្នុងឃុំវាល ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ បន្ទាប់មកប្រភពបានសុំការអនុញ្ញតពី ឈ្មោះ យិន វ៉ាន់ថន ដើម្បីឆែកឆេររកកាត ប៉ុន្ដែឈ្មោះ យិន វ៉ាន់ថន មិនព្រមអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យឆែកទេ លុះក្រោយមកក៏កើតមានរឿង ឈ្លោះប្រកែកគ្នា រហូតដល់ឈ្មោះ ង៉ុយ ដេញតាមបាញ់ឈ្មោះ យិន វ៉ាន់ថន បណ្ដាលឱ្យស្លាប់នៅក្នុងទឹកបាត់ទៅ។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ឈ្មោះ ង៉ុយ ខាងលើបានធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលមានបំណងចូលធ្វើទាហានជាតិ ប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ រាថយលែងស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដវិញ។
