On April 14, 1971, about 250 Khmer-Yuon Viet Congs armed forces moved from Kampong Russei village to hide themselves at WT 254-848, in Trapeang Chraes village, Prey Sniet sub-district, Peareang district, Prey Veng province. On the other hand, these enemies always conducted activities in the above sub-district and district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៤ មេសា ១៩៧១ យួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ២៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានចេញពីភូមិកំពង់ឫស្សី ឆ្ពោះមកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិត្រពាំងជ្រើស ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២៥៤-៨៤៨ ឃុំព្រៃស្នៀត ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះពួកខ្មាំង ខាងលើតែងតែបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាញឹកញាប់ក្នុងឃុំ និងស្រុកខាង លើ។
