Uon Yoeung aka Sith, group chief of State Commerce, confessed that Savann, secretary of battalion 727, was a Free Khmer network leading network to carry out activity against the party after Suong. In between 1973-1974, Savann set plan for its networks to build up more traitorous forces, and to shoot at combatants who were creeping across the base fence that led to kill some of them.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សាវ៉ាន់ លេខាវរសេនាតូច ៧២៧ ជាខ្មែរសេរី បាន ដឹកនាំបក្សពួកឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបក្សបន្ទាប់ពីឈ្មោះ សួង។ នៅចន្លោះឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣-១៩៧៤ សាវ៉ាន់ បានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបក្ស ពួកកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ និងឱ្យបាញ់មកលើយុទ្ធជន កំពុងលូនកាត់ របងបន្ទាយមុខកំពូលបណ្ដាលឱ្យពលីអស់មួយចំនួន។
