A source reported that Khmer Viet Congs had built a Headquarter of chief Cadres of Commune made of wood and with a zine roof under a large tree in Rumlech commune at VV 606-898. Those Khmer Viet Congs were under the command of Chou Siphan, a Chief of cadres committee of commune, Ta Sem, an economic committee cadre, and Chhoem, a military cadre chief.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ថា ខ្មែរយៀកកុងបានសង់ទីស្នាក់ការគណៈកម្មាភិបាល ឃុំមួយធ្វើអំពីឈើប្រក់ស័ង្កសីនៅក្នុងឃុំរំលេច ត្រង់វ៉េវ៉េ ៦០៦-៨៩៨ ក្រោមដើមឈើធំមួយ។ ពួកខ្មាំងដែលធ្វើទីស្នាក់ការនេះស្ថិត នៅក្រោមបញ្ជារបស់ ជូ ស៊ីផន ជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាលឃុំ និង តា សែម ជាគណៈកម្មាភិបាលសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងឈ្មោះ ឈឹម ប្រធាន គណៈកម្មាភិបាលកងទ័ព។
