He was allegedly a spy of the Mayor in Siem Reap Province in 1968. He allegedly instilled people to hate the Khmer Rouge and he investigated the KR and reported to the enemy to bomb KR bases. In 1971, he allegedly hid himself in the KR as military secretary of Region 5. He, at that time, allegedly encouraged soldiers to escape from the military ranks. He was arrested on 28th June, 1977.
គាត់បានធ្វើជាចារកិច្ចរបស់ចៅហ្វាយខេត្ដសៀមរាប នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨។ គាត់បានបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់នឹងខ្មែរក្រហម និង បានធ្វើការ ស៊ើបអងេ្កតពីខ្មែរក្រហម និង រាយការណ៍ទៅខ្មាំងឱ្យទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែក លើមូលដ្ឋានខ្មែរក្រហម។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ គាត់បានលាក់ខ្លួនក្នុង ខ្មែរក្រហម ជាលេខាយោធានៃតំបន់ ៥។ សាញ់ នៅពេលនោះ បាន លើកទឹកចិត្ដទាហានឱ្យរត់ចេញពីជួរយោធា។ គាត់បានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
