A source reported that on December 04, 1970, about 150 enemies armed with various guns built up a head qurter and military training center at WU: 301-914 in the forest, Dorng Kda village, Kraya sub-district, San Tok district, Kampong Thom province. And 150 others established camps as well as military training center at WU: 386-852 in Thmor Sa Lieng village, Viel Thorm sub-district, Santuk district, Kampong Thom province.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ធ្នូ១៩៧០ មានខ្មាំង ប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួន១៥០នាក់ បានតាំងទីបញ្ជាការ និងកន្លែងហឹ្វកហឺ្វន នៅព្រៃក្នុងភូមិដងក្ដារ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ ៣០១-៩១៤ សង្កាត់ក្រយា ស្រុកសន្ទុក។ ខ្មាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួន១៥០ផេ្សងទៀត បានតាំងទីជម្រក និងកន្លែងហឹ្វកហាត់នៅភូមិថ្មសំលៀង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ ៣៨៦-៨៥២ ក្នុងសង្កាត់វាលធំ ស្រុកសន្ទុក។
