A source reported that Uk Phon, a Khmer Viet Cong, had proviously been a clerk in the Kampong Thom province court and the then became the head of the economic commission of Sangkat Baray, Baray district, Kampong Thom province. This men bought salt, batteries, palm sugar, black clothes and gasoline and stored them in a wooden house with a tile roof at WT 085-078 in Baray village, Kampong Thom province. A source add that Economic Committee designated name Sieng Chi hak, as a Khmer Chinese and one more name Chhuon Bou, as a Khmer to buy in Kampong Chhnang and Phnom Penh.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ខ្មែរយៀកកុងឈ្មោះ អ៊ុនផុន អតីតក្រឡាបញ្ជី សាលាដំបូងកំពង់ធំ សព្វថ្ងៃជាប្រធានគណកម្មការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅ សង្កាត់ បារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បានដើរទិញអំបិល ថ្មពិល ស្កត្នោត ក្រណាត់ខ្មៅ និងបេ្រងសាំង យកទៅស្ដុកទូកក្នុងផ្ទះមួយធ្វើអំពីឈើ ប្រក់ក្បឿង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៨៥-០៧៨ ក្នុងភូមិបារាយណ៍ «កំពង់ធំ»។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមថា គណកម្មការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនេះបាន ចាត់ឈ្មោះ សៀង ជីហាក់ ជាខ្មែរកាត់ចិន និងខ្មែរម្នាក់ទៀតឈ្មោះ ឈួន បូ អោយមកទិញរបស់ខាងលើពីកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងភ្នំពេញ។
