About 100 Yuon-Khmer Viet Cong armed forces had set up shelter at VT 793-860, in Kok Roka sub-district, Phnom Penh district of Kandal province. They told local people that they would attack National Army in Prek Phnov region after they got 2,000 reinforcements.
មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ មកតាំងជម្រកនៅចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៩៣-៨៦០ ឃុំគោករកា ស្រុក ភ្នំពេញ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបាន ដើរឃោសនាដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងឃុំខាងលើថា ពួកគេនឹងវាយ យកទីតាំងរបស់កងទ័ពជាតិនៅតំបន់ព្រែកភ្នៅ បន្ទាប់ពីពួកគេបាន ទទួលទ័ពជំនួយបន្ថែមប្រហែល២,០០០នាក់ទៀតនោះ។
