Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On April 05, 1971 about 250 North Viet Congs and Khmer Viet Cong armed with three 82 mm heavy artilleries and various guns moved from Pur Sorng village to Kampong Reusei village at WT 229-803 in Kampong Reusei sub-district, Pearang district, Prey Veng province. Those enemies often provoked insecurity to citizens who were living in the above region.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៥ មេសា ១៩៧១ មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ២៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយកាំភ្លើង៨២មម ចំនួន៣ដើម បានចេញពី ភូមិពោធិ៍រាង ឆ្ពោះមកភូមិកំពង់ឫស្សី ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២២៩-៨០៣ ឃុំកំពង់ឫស្សី ស្រុកពារាំង។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើ តែងតែបង្កភាព អសន្ដិសុខដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលរស់នៅតំបន់ខាងលើជានិច្ច។
