Uon Yoeung aka Set, chief of state commerce group, confessed that Seng, and Ret, soldiers of state commerce, were traitorous forces of Phin, chief of screening section. In 1976, Phin nominated Seng and Ret to bring 200 sacks of cloths and 30 cases of medicines and then to hide them in the vicinity of Kampuchea Krom Blvd.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សេង យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ និង រ៉េតយុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់របស់ឈ្មោះ ភីន ប្រធានផ្នែកសំរិតសំរាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ភីន បានចាត់តាំង សេង និង រ៉េត ឱ្យយកក្រណាត់ ២០០បាវ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ ៣០ឡាំង ទៅលាក់ទុកនៅមំ្ដុផ្លូវកម្ពុជាក្រោម។
