On May 17,1973, 4 Khmer Viet Congs as commanders held a meeting under a thatch-roofed hut in which they in discussed the plan to smash Kampong Speu province on May 22, 1973. Those 4 commanders named Matt, the commander of Battalion 112, Soem, the deputy commander, Nhaen, and Ta Sras, Battalion 10 commander.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មេបញ្ជាការខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន៤នាក់គឺៈ តាស្រស់ ជាមេបញ្ជាការ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ១១០, ម៉ាត់ ជាមេបញ្ជាការកងវរសេនាតូច លេខ១១២, សឹម ជាមេបញ្ជាការរង និងឈ្មោះ ញាន។ ទាំង៤នាក់នេះបានចូលរួមប្រជុំនៅក្នុងរោងស្លឹកមួយ ស្ដីពីការវាយ ប្រហារក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺ នៅថ្ងៃ ទី២២ ខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខាងមុខ។
