Uon Yoeung aka Set, chief of state commerce group, admitted that Seng and Ret, soldiers of state commerce, were traitorous network of Phin, chief of screening unit. In 1976, Phin assigned them to hide 200 sacks of cloths and 30 boxes of medicines in a place along Kampuchea Kraom Blvd.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សេង និង រ៉េត យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់ របស់ ភីន ប្រធានផ្នែកសំរិតសំរាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ភីន បានចាត់តាំង ឱ្យអ្នកទាំងពីរលាក់ក្រណាត់ ២០០បាវ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ ៣០ ឡាំង នៅមំ្ដុផ្លូវកម្ពុជាក្រោម។
