A source reported that on April 27, 1971, about 240 Khmer Viet Cong troops equipped wiht various guns, came to set up shelters in western of Krang Khnao pagoda at VT 585-863, Peang Lvea sub-district, Oudong district, Kampong Speu. These enemies attempted to smash National Military Strategy Training Center.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៧ មេសា ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុង ប្រហែល២៤០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុន បានមកតាំងជម្រក នៅខាងលិចវត្ដក្រាំងខ្នោរ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៥៨៥-៨៦៣ ក្នុងឃុំ ពាំងល្វា ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ពួកខ្មាំងទាំងនេះមានបំណង ចង់វាយប្រហារមណ្ឌលហ្វឹកហ្វឺនវិជ្ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្ររបស់ជាតិ។
