Uon Yoeung aka Set, chief of state commerce group, confessed that Sai, cadre of garage, state commerce platoon, Mapp, chief of state commerce garage, and Ka, soldier of state commerce garage, were traitorous forces of Say. From 1975 to 1976, Say and three others received all kinds of the Angkar's cars and then were nominated to hide them in Kampong Som warehouse, Kilometer 6 warehouse, and a place located near Phsar Thmei market.
