The source reported that on April 17, 1973, about 150 Youn Viet Cong Armed Force in Khaki amd black uniforms guided by chief Chhorn, a Khmer Viet Cong military officer of Battalion 113, came to set up shelters in Preah Andaung village at UU 383-977, Sangkat Prey Tra Lach of Maong district, Battambang. The source added that the enemies were about to attack the National Army in Run and Cham Ra Ar, in the future.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យួនយៀកកុងប្រហែល១៥០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់តេ្រអ៊ីខ្លះ ប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធបានចូលមកតាំងជម្រកក្នុងភូមិព្រះអណ្ដូង ត្រង់ចំណុច អ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៣៨៣-៩៧៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រៃត្រឡាច ស្រុកមោង «បាត់ដំបង»។ ពិសេសមានមេខ្មែរក្រហមម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ឈន ជានាយទាហាននៃកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ១១៣ ជាអ្នកបំភ្លឺផ្លូវខ្មាំងនេះ។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្មាំង មានបំណងវាយប្រហារកងការពារ ជាតិដែលតាំងនៅរុន និងចោមរអារ នៅក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។
