A source reported that on January 01, 1971, 12 armed enemies hide to catch villagers who fled along Chinit river towards Kampong Chhnang province, while 30 armed other hide to threaten villagers transporting goods back and forth to Tang Krasang lake to pay them some money.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មាំង ប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួន១២នាក់ បានលាក់ខ្លួនចាំស្ទាក់ចាប់អ្នកស្រុកដែល ភៀសខ្លួនចុះតាមសឹ្ទងជីនិត ចេញមកខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ ខ្មាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ចំនួន៣០នាក់ បានលាក់ខ្លួនចាំឆែកឆេរទារប្រាក់ពីអ្នកស្រុកដែលដឹកអីវ៉ាន់ ចេញចូលតាមសឹ្ទងតាំងក្រសាំង។
