Uon Yoeung aka Sith, State Commerce group chief, confessed that Poan, chief of hospital P-70, was the traitorous network of Roeun. On June 25, 1976, Poan received the poisonous drugs to poison cadres and soldiers who were having treatment in that hospital.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ពាន់ ប្រធានមនី្ទរពេទ្យ ព-៧០ ជាបក្សពួកក្បត់របស់ រឿន។ ថ្ងៃទី២៥-៦-១៩៧៦ ពាន់ បានទទួលថ្នាំពុលពី រឿន មានដេដេតេ មួយកំប៉ុងនិងអង់ទ្រីនមួយលីត្រដើម្បីបំពុលកម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនសំរាក នៅមនី្ទរពេទ្យនោះ។
