On February 7, 1971, after fighting with National Army the enemies brought their injured into a forest Eastern Vihear Sour where their troop had been deployed. And because we had fired, bombed, they left the place and settled in Chamkar Leu village, sangkat Kampong Chamlang, Khsach Kandal district of Kandal. Nowadays they stayed in the house of local people in Svay Meas and Prey Thom village. In their main headquarter in Kampong Ampil there were provincial governor, sangkat and district committee.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៧-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧១ ក្រោយពីមានប្រយុទ្ធគ្នាជាមួយទ័ពជាតិ នៅភូមិព្រែកក្រូច មកពួកខ្មាំងបានគ្រាគ្នាវាដែលមានរបួសចូលព្រៃ នៅខាងកើតវិហារសួគ៌ ដែលជាកន្លែងតាំងទ័ព។ ដោយសាការបាញ់ និងទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកពីសំណាក់កងអាកាសចរណ៍យើងពួកខ្មាំងបាននាំគ្នា រត់ទៅនៅភូមិចំការលើ សង្កាត់កំពង់ចំលង ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល។ សព្វថ្ងៃខ្មាំងបានរត់ទៅនៅតាមភូមិអ្នកស្រុកនៅភូមិស្វាយមាស និងភូមិព្រៃធំ។ ចំណែកទីបញ្ជាការធំរបស់ពួកខ្មាំងកំពង់អំពិល មាន អភិបាលខេត្ដ និងគណៈកម្មការសង្កាត់ និងស្រុករបស់ពួកវាទៀតផង។
