About 45 Khmer Viet Cong troops came to Roung village and commanded agents named Ruos Sorn, and 2 local people named Un Phon and Mom Chet, to escort them to came out of Roung village to VT 269-754, in Samrong Leu sub-district, Ang Snuol district of Kandal province.
មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ៤៥នាក់ បានចូលមកក្នុងភូមិរូង ហើយបានបញ្ជាឱ្យភ្នាក់ងាររបស់វាម្នាក់ឈ្មោះរស់ ស៊ន ព្រមទាំងអ្នក ស្រុក២នាក់ទៀតឈ្មោះ អ៊ុន ផុន និង មុំ ឈិត ជួយជូនដំណើរ ពួកវាទាំង៤៥នាក់នោះ ចេញពីភូមិរូងឆ្ពោះទៅស្នាក់នៅចំណុចវ៉េតេ ២៦៩-៧៥៤ ឃុំសំរោងលើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
