On February 9, 1971, at 7.20pm. about 20-30 enemies came to dig for weapons and gun-powders at VT
780-928, in the forest, located in North of Chen village, Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province and then they transported them toward Romlech village at VT 719-852, in Ang Snuol district, Kandal province by ox-carts. About 25 enemies came to dig for weapons and gun powders at VT 785-865, in Koh Trasak forest, and stored them at VT 724-861, in sangkat Pon Sang, Ang Snuol district. The enemies were about to attack National Army in Batdoeng region in the future. កាលពីថ្ងៃ៩-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧១ ម៉េាង៧ៈ២០នាទីយប់ មានខ្មាំងពី ២០-៣០នាក់ បានមកជីកដីយកគ្រឿងអាវុធ និងគ្រាប់រំសេវចេញ ពីក្នុងព្រៃនៅខាងជើងភូមិចិន ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៨០-៩២៨ ក្នុងស្រុកពញាឮ ហើយដឹកតាមរទេះគោឆ្ពោះទៅភូមិរំលេច ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេ ៧១៩-៨៥២ ក្នុងស្រុកអង្គស្នួល។ ខ្មាំង២៥នាក់ទៀត បាន ជីកយកគ្រឿងអាវុធត្រង់ព្រៃកោះត្រសក់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៨៥-៨៦៥ រួចយកទៅទុកត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧២៤-៨៦១ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ពន្សាំង ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល។ ពួកវាទុកសម្រាប់វាយកងទ័ពជាតិនៅតំបន់បាត់ដឹង ក្នុងពេលខាងមុខ។
