On January 15, 1971, about 300 enemies armed forces, including 150 khmer armed forces under the command of Prok Hem, alias Ta Sros, a commander of Unit 105 and Morm Saren, a commander of unit 107, mobilized at VT:607-833 in Cha Ork village, Peang Lvea sub-district, Oudong district, Kampong Speu province. These enemies attempted to destroy national armed forces headquarter at VT:618-735, in Ang Khmao pagoda and Bek Chan in the future.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ មានខ្មាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ៣០០នាក់ ដែលមានខ្មែរពាក់កណ្ដាលបានប្រជុំទ័ពនៅក្នុងភូមិចាឱក ត្រង់វ៉េតេៈ ៦០៧-៨៣៣ សង្កាត់ពាំងល្វា ស្រុកឧត្ដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព ដោយមានឈ្មោះ ស្រុក ហែម ហៅតាស្រស់ ជាមេបញ្ជាការទ័ព លេខ១៥០ និងម៉មសារិន ជាមេបញ្ជាការទ័ព លេខ១០៧។ គោលបំណងរបស់ពួកវាគឺវាយ លុកទីបញ្ជាការកងកម្លាំងយើង នៅវត្ដអង្គខ្មៅ ត្រង់វ៉េតេៈ៦១៨-៧៣៥ ហើយនឹង បន្ទាយបែកចាន ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
