Nowdays, there were 450 Khmer Viet Congs in Kampong Svay and Santuk district. These soldiers did not get along with Vietnamese Viet Cong. The both sides always attack each other when they faced each other. They had propagandized to villagers to support Samdech Ouv, Sihanouk King, and attacked against the government, but 60% of villagers supported our national government.
សព្វថ្ងៃទ័ពខ្មែរវៀតកុងនៅស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ និងស្រុកសន្ទុក មានគ្នា ៤៥០នាក់។ ពួកខ្មែរវៀតកុងទាំងនេះមិនត្រូវនឹងពួកយួនយៀកកុងទេ។ កាលណាក្រុមទាំងពីរប៉ះគ្នាពួកវាតែងបាញ់ប្រហារគ្នា។ ពួកវាដើរ ឃោសនាអោយអ្នកស្រុកប្រឆាំងនឹងរដ្ឋាភិបាល ហើយគាំទ្រដល់ សមេ្ដចឪ ចំណែកអ្នកស្រុកប្រមាណជា៦០ភាគរយ មានចិត្ដស្មោះត្រង់ នឹងរដ្ឋាភិបាលជាតិយើង។
