A source reported that Khmer Viet Cong and Viet Cong commander had mobilized themselves in Roka Thom market, Barset sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. The person, named Ta Smok was a Khmer Viet Cong commander, and the persons, named of Vet, San Ha Hoeun and Hat were Low class commanders.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ពួកមេបញ្ជាការខ្មែរយៀកកុង និងមេបញ្ជាការ កងទ័ពយៀកកុង បានប្រជុំគ្នានៅផ្សាររកាធំ ឃុំបរសេត ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ពួកមេបញ្ជាការខាងកងទ័ពខ្មែរយៀកកុងមាន ឈ្មោះតាស្មុក ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំដោយមានឈ្មោះ អ៊ុន វ៉ែត, សង្ហា ហឿន និងហាត ជាមេបញ្ជាការថ្នាក់ក្រោម។
