A source reported that on January 17, 1971, approximately 700 North Yuon Viet Cong armed forces sheltered in local people's houses in Kampong Thma populated region at WU:144-813, in Balang sub-district of Baray district.
ប្រភបបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ មានពួក វៀតកុងខាងជើងចំនួន៧០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់បានជ្រកនៅតាមផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុក ក្នុងទីប្រជុំជនកំពង់ថ្ម ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ១៤៤-៨១៣ ក្នុងសង្កាត់បល័ង្គ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍។
