Oeu Choeun served as an informer and ammunition carrier in Viet Cong-Khmer group which was located in Kampong Trea, O Kong, Sa-ang Sreh pagoda, O Andaung, and Prey Lvea villages in Takeo province. The number of these Viet Cong Khmer soldiers were 600 under the command of Troch Sokh and used various guns such as AK47, CKC, M30 and 3 mortars. The man was arrested and detained in Srah Chork military jail by commando in Svay Trei sub-district on June 16, 1971.
អឿ ជឿន បានចូលបម្រើឱ្យពួកខ្មែរយៀកកុង មានតួនាទីជាអ្នកស្ពាយ គ្រាប់ និងជាអ្នកយកការណ៍ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅក្នុងភូមិកំពង់ទ្រា អូរគង់ វត្ដស្អាងស្រែ អូរអណ្ដូង និងភូមិព្រៃល្វា ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ ពួកនេះមានកម្លាំងទាំងអស់៦០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធអាគា៤៧ សេកាសេអ៊ឹម៣០ម៉ធីយឺ០៣ដើម ហើយស្ថិតនៅក្រោមមេបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះ ត្រូច សុខ។ ជននេះត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន ដោយកងកុម្មង់ដូ ឃុំស្វាយត្រីទី២ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ រួចយកទៅឃុំ ឃាំងនៅគុកយោធាស្រះចក។
